Our Production Process
Share your design — sketch, photo, 2D/3D file, sample piece or magazine reference. Our art designer reviews specifications with you: metal, stone, size, finish, and quantity.
If required, we create a production mold (2–3 weeks). Molds remain at our workshop and are destroyed on written consent if the design is no longer needed.
From microsetting to large statement stones — our setters handle any complexity. You can supply your own stones or we source from our gemstone partners.
Full production starts after order confirmation and deposit. Approximately 4 weeks for most orders. We send progress photos on request.
Every batch is checked for weight, finish, stone integrity, and hallmark before packing. Rejects are remade — we ship only what meets standard.
We handle all export documentation and international logistics. USA, Europe, Japan, Australia — our team knows the route and the paperwork.
