Our CAD team models your design in 3D. For ODM projects, we develop 2–3 original design variations. You receive photorealistic renders for review and approval.
Approved CAD goes into wax prototype or direct silver sample production. You receive physical samples for fit, finish, and weight review. Revisions included at this stage.
Once you approve the sample and sign the production agreement, a 50% deposit triggers full production. We confirm the production schedule and shipping date.
Full production run with three-stage QC inspection. Progress photos shared at key milestones. Balance payment before shipment release.
Shipment via DHL or FedEx with full export documentation. Typical delivery 3–7 days to USA/Europe. Tracking shared immediately upon dispatch.
Your Designs Stay Yours
All custom design briefs — sketches, CAD files, concept descriptions, and reference images — are treated as strictly confidential. We do not share, reproduce, or offer designs submitted by clients to any third party under any circumstances.
We sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before any design files are shared. We provide a standard NDA or work with your preferred template.
Designs developed exclusively for you are never added to our catalogue or offered to any other buyer. Your collection stays yours.
Production molds remain at our workshop for active orders. They are destroyed on written request if a design is retired. Mold terms are in every production agreement.
Every OEM/ODM order is covered by a written agreement specifying design ownership, exclusivity, pricing, timeline, and quality standards before production begins.
