Yes. We offer sample orders of 1–3 pieces per design at our standard unit price plus a sample handling fee. Sample lead time is 3–5 business days for catalog items. For custom designs, samples take 7–14 days after design approval.

They are the same thing. "925 silver," "925 sterling silver," and "sterling silver" all refer to an alloy that is 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (usually copper). The "925" hallmark is stamped on each piece as proof of this composition — it is the international standard for jewelry-grade silver. Anything below 92.5% silver is not legally called sterling silver. Artistica stamps 925 on every piece we make.

The weight of a 925 sterling silver ring depends on the design, band width, and any stone settings. As a general guide:

• Thin band ring (plain): 2–4 grams
• Medium band ring: 4–8 grams
• Statement / chunky ring: 8–20 grams
• Ring with stone setting: varies with stone weight

Heavier rings cost more because silver is priced by weight. When comparing wholesale prices, always check the weight — a lighter ring at $10/pc and a heavier ring at $18/pc may both be fairly priced. Contact us for the exact weight of any specific catalog item.

925 sterling silver contains 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (typically copper) to add durability. It is the international standard for jewelry-grade silver. All Artistica pieces are hallmarked 925 — this is stamped directly onto each item. We do not use silver-plated base metals.

Yes. Our 925 sterling silver jewelry is nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin. We use only food-grade alloys in our silver composition. Our pieces are also Halal certified — one of the few jewelry manufacturers in Indonesia to hold this certification.

All catalog and wholesale prices are quoted in USD for international buyers. For Indonesian buyers, we can invoice in IDR. Bank transfers can be made in your local currency — your bank converts to USD at transfer.

We ship worldwide from Surabaya, Indonesia. Our main export markets are USA, Europe (Germany, Netherlands, France, UK, Italy), Japan, Australia, Singapore, and the Middle East. We have experience with customs documentation for all these regions.

We ship via DHL, FedEx, and UPS — all with door-to-door tracking:

Import duties depend on your country. Jewelry (HS Code 7113.11 for silver jewelry) is subject to import tax in most countries. Common rates:

• USA: Generally 5–6.5% (de minimis threshold: $800)
• EU: Generally 2.5–4% + VAT
• Australia: Generally 5% (de minimis: AUD 1,000)
• Japan: Generally 5.2%

We provide a commercial invoice and packing list with all shipments. Contact your local customs office for the exact rate for your country.

Yes. Under the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement (ATIGA), Singapore importers pay 0% import duty on Indonesian-made silver jewelry (HS Code 7113.11). To qualify, the goods must be of Indonesian origin, which Artistica certifies with a Certificate of Origin (Form D) issued by the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce. Your Singapore customs agent uses this form during clearance. GST (currently 9%) still applies on the shipment value.

The process is simpler than most buyers expect:

2. Pay deposit (50%) by bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card
3. We produce and pack your order with all export documents (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, 925 Certificate)

5. You or your customs agent clears the shipment in your country using our documents

No experience needed at all. Our classes are designed for complete beginners. Our instructors guide you through every step — filing, shaping, soldering, and polishing. Classes are available in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
