925 sterling silver is an alloy of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper. The copper component adds the structural strength needed for jewelry without compromising the bright, white character of pure silver. Every piece we produce meets or exceeds this purity standard — no lower-grade alloys, no silver-plated base metals.

We source our silver grain from established Indonesian metal suppliers with documented purity grades. Our in-house goldsmith team tests alloy purity before each production batch. Finished pieces are available with individual 925 hallmarks stamped or lasered as required by your destination market.

Stage 1
Post-Casting Inspection

Every casting is inspected immediately after removal from the investment. We check for porosity, incomplete fill, distortion, and alloy inconsistency. Pieces that fail are returned to the melt — no rework of structural defects.

  • Surface porosity check
  • Dimensional accuracy vs. CAD model
  • Alloy visual consistency
  • Structural integrity (no cracks)
Stage 2
Post-Polish Check

After polishing and surface treatment, each piece is re-inspected under magnification. Surface finish, stone settings (if applicable), and assembly joins are verified. Any piece with scratches, pitting, or loose settings is sent back for correction.

  • Surface finish uniformity
  • Stone setting security
  • Plating consistency (if applicable)
  • Assembly and join quality
Stage 3
Final Pre-Pack Inspection

Piece-by-piece final check before packing. Weight verified against spec, hallmark confirmed, clasps and closures tested for function. Photos of a sample batch shared with buyer before shipment confirmation.

  • Weight within ±5% of spec
  • 925 hallmark present and legible
  • Clasp and closure function test
  • Pre-shipment photo documentation
Silver Alloying

Pure silver grain melted with copper to create 925 alloy. Purity tested before use.

Wax Modeling

Designs carved or 3D-printed in wax. Assembled into a casting tree.

Lost-Wax Casting

Molten silver poured into plaster investment mold. Wax burns out, silver fills exact form.

Cutting & Filing

Pieces cut from the casting tree. Sprues filed, excess silver removed, edges cleaned.

Hand Finishing

Hand sanding, barrel tumbling, and polishing to achieve specified surface finish.

Stone Setting

Gemstones set by hand under magnification. Checked for security before proceeding.

Plating (if specified)

Rhodium, gold, or rose gold plating applied by electrolytic process. Thickness specified per order.

QC & Pack

Three-stage inspection, tagging, and packing in branded or neutral packaging for export.

Sustainable Manufacturing Practices

Silver Recycling

All casting sprues, filings, and polishing dust are collected and recycled back into the silver supply. Near-zero silver waste production.

Skilled Artisan Employment

We employ and train local Surabaya craftspeople in traditional silversmithing, preserving Indonesian metalworking heritage.

Chemical Management

Plating chemicals handled under proper containment and disposal. We do not discharge untreated chemicals into local water systems.

Fair Labor Practices

All staff paid above Indonesian minimum wage with proper contracts. No child labor, no forced overtime — artisan welfare is core to our craft.
