What We Provide for European Import and Compliance
Indonesia benefits from the EU Generalized Scheme of Preferences (GSP), which may reduce import duties on Indonesian silver jewelry under HS Code 7113.11. Confirm the current applicable rate with your customs broker before importing, as GSP rates and product eligibility are subject to review.
DHL handles EU customs clearance as part of their express service. They file import declarations electronically and pay any VAT and import duty at your country's entry point, then invoice you separately. To support GSP preferential rates, we include a Certificate of Origin documenting Indonesian origin with every shipment. Your customs broker or DHL can present this document when making your import declaration to claim any applicable reduced rate.
