1. Who we are

2. What we collect
We only collect what you give us when you get in touch or order:
- Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company name and country.
- The messages, photos and files you send us through our contact form, email or WhatsApp.
- Order details such as shipping address, items, quantities and payment status.
- Your email address if you subscribe to our newsletter.
- Anonymous website statistics through Google Analytics, such as pages visited and the country you visit from.
3. How we use it
We use your information to answer your questions, prepare quotations, make and ship your order, and send the newsletter you signed up for. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
4. WhatsApp and our assistant Tica
When you message us on WhatsApp, the first replies may come from Tica, our AI assistant. Tica reads your message so it can answer questions about our products, minimum orders and services, and it passes the conversation to our team whenever you ask for a person or need a quotation. To do this, your messages are processed by Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) and by Anthropic, the provider of the AI model behind Tica. Anthropic does not use these messages to train its AI models. Our team can read the conversation history so we can follow up on your inquiry.
5. Who else sees your data
Only the services we need to run the business: our web hosting provider, Meta (WhatsApp), Anthropic (Tica), Google (website statistics), payment providers for your payment, and shipping carriers such as DHL or FedEx for your delivery address.
6. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry and order records for as long as we work together and for the period Indonesian tax and trade law requires. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time from the link in every email.
7. Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or tell us to stop messaging you on WhatsApp. Email [email protected] and we will take care of it.
