What We Certify
Every piece is stamped with a 925 hallmark on the metal itself — not just on packaging. We provide a written 925 Sterling Silver Certificate with each wholesale order confirming the alloy composition.
Our 925 alloy uses copper as the secondary metal — no nickel is added. We provide a written nickel-free declaration meeting EU REACH Nickel Directive requirements. Suitable for European, UK, and Singapore markets.
Artistica holds Halal certification from MUI (Majelis Ulama Indonesia), Indonesia's national Islamic authority. Covers materials and production processes. Relevant for buyers in Muslim-majority markets and the Middle East.
We provide Form D (ATIGA) for Singapore buyers claiming 0% duty, and Form AI (IA-CEPA) for Australia. Standard Indonesian Certificate of Origin is provided for all other markets. Prepared with every shipment.
A Material Data Sheet covering alloy composition, surface finishes, and coating types is available for buyers who need it for EU REACH compliance, chemical safety records, or internal quality documentation.
We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements before reviewing original design files. Custom OEM designs produced exclusively for you are not produced for any other buyer. IP terms are covered in our standard OEM agreement.
