Send your design. We produce it in 925 silver. From 30 pieces. Production takes 4 to 6 weeks from sample approval.

From First Message to Delivery

Receive a proforma invoice
We send a proforma invoice in USD within 24 hours for catalog orders, and within 48 hours for custom orders. The invoice shows price per piece, total amount, shipping estimate, and production lead time. No commitment required to receive a quote.
Sample approval (custom orders only)
For OEM and private label orders, we produce one physical sample before bulk production. We send you photos of the sample with measurements and weight. Once you approve, we start bulk production. Sample cost is typically credited against your first order.
Pay the 50% deposit
Confirm your order by paying a 50% deposit. We accept bank transfer (TT/Wire), PayPal, and credit card. Production begins as soon as we receive payment confirmation. We send you a production start confirmation by WhatsApp.
Production and 5-step quality check
Our artisans produce your order. Every piece goes through our 5-step QC checklist: weight verification, hallmark check, surface inspection, finish review, and packaging inspection. We send packing photos before shipment so you can see exactly what is going into the box.
Pay the balance, we ship
Pay the remaining 50% balance. We dispatch via DHL Express within 1 to 2 business days and send your tracking number by WhatsApp and email. Every shipment includes a Commercial Invoice, Packing List, 925 Sterling Silver Certificate, and Certificate of Origin.
Delivery to your door
DHL Express delivers to Singapore in 1 to 2 days, USA in 3 to 5 days, and Europe in 5 to 7 days. DHL handles customs clearance for most destinations. If any piece arrives damaged, send us photos within 7 days and we replace it at no charge.
