Return Policy
Retail items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
Custom and personalised pieces cannot be returned unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
Manufacturing defects are covered under our quality guarantee. Contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos and we'll resolve promptly.
Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the item.
